Phoenix Games is closed
Fortunately, there is an awesome new game store down in Amherst. It's called Worlds Apart Games. It's at 48 North Pleasant Street, in the basement. The building is right between the Fire Station and the Amherst Brewing Company. What will you find if you go there? You'll find lots of great games, fun people, and good times, just like Phoenix Games. There's a Thursday night Magic Draft, Saturday night Heroclix, and Sunday night Board Games. There's also 500 square feet more space, and that's a lot. That means double the gaming space, which means way more potential for awesome events.
Come on down and check it out. Worlds Apart Games is open from 10 AM to 10 PM every day of the week.
Phoenix Games was founded to be a center of community for gamers and other fannish folks. 25% of our floor space is dedicated to an open gaming area which all are welcome to use. Even if you have no money to spend, you are welcome to come to Phoenix Games to play and learn about new games, or even just to hang out with cool people. At Phoenix Games, loitering is encouraged!
Used Books
Phoenix Games has dozens of used books, including Dungeons and Dragons (basic, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd edition), World of Darkness (1st, 2nd and 3rd edition), and all kinds of other RPGs. You can get hard to find older editions, and great deals on newer books.
